My community is a commercial shopping area. It has one plaza. It is one of the entryways/exits to our country (at the Mexico/U.S border). A community on the U.S.Mexico border that is recognized for its value in the global supply chain. The gateway community to the Sonoran Borderlands and home to one of the largest ports of entry between Mexico and the United States. The opportunity for international commerce was the economic engine that drove the growth of the community

This community is historic for many reasons. The battle of Ambos Nogales in 1918 occurred here. There are many historic buildings and some with architectural significance.

There are current economic issues, the community needs tourist and commerce revival.

My community needs to remain in the same district.
