50+% ELL population in public schools, majority of which comes from this region. Many of the community members live and spend time in the parks located here.

Growing Mexican, El Salvadoran, Ugandan, and other populations. Black and brown with a sizeable Asian population. Predominantly working class and below the AMI. Large immigrant population. Religious (Christian Catholic) community. Many families with children in the public school system.
