Your response: Teachers in Mineral County High School do not stay as long as teachers. When talking to a couple of people who graduated from the '90s, they explained that they had clubs, different kinds of sports, school activities, and their teachers stayed there longer than a year. Now teachers do not have the motivation to clubs, do a new sport, and they do not care for students as they used to.

Your response: Mineral County High School gets students from Mina, Babbit, Schurz, Walker Lake, and Hawthorne. Many teachers working in MCSD do not stay for a long time, which affects students' education. Figuring out why teachers do not stay long, the community can help figure out how to help keep teachers. Keeping teachers can get start clubs, different sports, and activities, which can be very beneficial to the student in many ways. Students might actually want to go to school.
