The Quad cities of Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley and Dewy-Humboldt largely define our Central Yavapai County. We are rural but growing. Shopping, YRMC hospital system, Hwys 69 and 89 serve our COI uniquely. Our water resources are mainly the Big Chino Aquifer, which is our lifeblood. The attached map attempts to delineate the Prescott AMA boundaries but the mapping census block groups range outside of my COI. Census Blocks are so small in our rural area that mapping that size unit is very tedious. I may try that one again with another effort.

Our historic Territorial Capital before statehood is in Prescott

Central Yavapai County on the west side of Mingus Mountain is within it's own unique groundwater management area. The Prescott AMA

We want Central Yavapai County kept in its own district so that the Verde Valley in East Yavapai County to maintain its ties to Sedona and Flagstaff.
