Your response: Northeast Park Hill is a recognized neighborhood and its boundaries should be respected. As neighbors, we face many common issues, including gentrification, lead pipe abatement, cost of living, and transportation. Additionally, this is a historically Black community that should be kept together, including as many Black seniors here age in place.
