Examples of activities and services: Shopping areas, schools and universities, libraries, parks, lakes, rivers, places of worship, healthcare services, public transport, local nonprofit organizations, etc.

Your response: There is a great shopping center Edgewood that has just about everything that you could need (Kroger, Target, Bed Bath Beyond, etc). There is also a nice community health clinic the Whitefoord Clinic that recently got a new building. There are several small parks in the neighborhood as well as nice local library.

Your response: Kirkwood is a rapidly gentrifying neighborhood. High price of housing and accompanying property taxes create hardships for the elderly who have lived in this neighborhood for years.
