My community is cold, not interested in knowing their neighbors. Ardmore is not very inclusive and unfriendly. It's never outgrown the old social hierarchy that was established back in the oilfield days.

My community needs some kind of public transport options. There is only quite one small bus. There's not that you have to schedule and not everybody has the ability to schedule rides weeks in advance. Not everyone has the same advantages as everyone else. I visited Denver recently and I was so impressed at how the city went out of their way to be inclusive of all socioeconomic groups. There was public transport section 8. Housing was not segregated. Ardmore has a long way to come.
