transportation Indigenous diversity education environment

Good schools in this zone, I have one child in middle school. Transportation - close to freeway access for commuting. Nearby to hotel/casinos and restaurants that we like to visit. Hospitals in the area are better staff and feature more specialists. Concern is that there is no nearby public park.

Our neighborhood is ethnically diverse and referred to Little Hawaii among Asian-Pacific Islander community. Liberty HS has a large AAPI community and the neighborhood reflects that as well. Felt more comfortable as an indigenous person within this neighborhood. Overall community is ethnically diverse.

We are close the Raiders and the resort corridor. The area has a lot of development left, open/vacant lands. Opportunity for growth in the housing market.

We are in unincorporated Clark County and the Enterprise Township and lacking the community oriented development, for neighborhood parks and trails. In the comprehensive planning, the public services are not kept up with the home building. There is no bus route - RTC, and I don't think Paratransit would reach for elder services. Drainage system is not meeting of flash flooding events.
