This COI is located on Census Tract 138, Block Grid 5. Non-residential sections of the COI are: (a) the heavily retail and commercial edge of the COI along N. Main Street, most of which supports the Furniture Market; and (b) Oakwood Cemetery, which occupies a large tract in the northwest corner of the COI. The boundaries of this COI are generally: Montlieu Ave to the north; Gordon Street/E Broad Ave to the south, abutting the railroad; Underhill St to the east; and N. Main St to the west.
