Community Information

transportation housing voting rights crime education

The community is middle class or poor, disinvested & redlined, which leads to both low home ownership rates, as well as low home values. This (-) impacts wealth creation & hampers the transfer of generational wealth. The community is also over policed, as police don’t solve crimes, they respond to them (detectives solve crimes), so flooding the community with boots on the ground does little long-term good when people are likely to be arrested, convicted & incarcerated (hurts families). The community needs equitable redistribution of their tax payments to government, so, when communities ask for government support, that is not a handout from government. It's a ROI of taxes paid.
