Many catholic families Many Jewish families Many Latinos Aging white population/ retiring Many wealthier Asian (both east and southeast) Many family units

Economically well, good employment, very residential

I believe my community is paired with South Richmond Hill, since it is at the border of Richmond Hill. Since South Richmond Hill is primarily Southeast Asian, perhaps its majority outweighs other existing diverse communities. However, I do not think the Jewish and Latino communities in my area create a significant majority in this area.
