parks, shopping, grocery store, restaurants, bike paths, places of worship, healthcare services, public transportation, libraries, recreation.

Neighborhood slowly becoming more mixed. Mostly white professionals live here. There is a high percentage of residents who have returned to live here where they grew up.

We are located near Lowry and Cherry Creek shopping districts where there are also art galleries, bike paths, and lots of great restaurants. People are very friendly and open.

There seems to be a movement to dismiss those of us who are more moderate to conservative. The city has not listened to our concerns about such things as crime, high speed cut through traffic, the city makes their plans, holds meetings to look like they are listening but then just go ahead and do what they want. Especially with the excessive building of apartments, ugly street “improvements” etc. we are not all bikers or public transport people! Stop building on every square inch of land.
