Community Information

We are near to NYU Hospitals. There is a nice park at Dag Hammerskjold Plaza, with a 1x/week farmers market. Tudor City also has two nice parks. Grand Central is a focal point. The UN used to be a place where people could go, but not since 9/11.

There is little to link us other than the UN, but many are not participants in that

My community is located near the United Nations and Grand Central Station. FDR and the UN block access to the East River and any parks and bike lanes near there. We are diverse in terms of economics, very international. There is a sizable Japanese population

Traffic can be intense, especially around the UN General Assembly and when there is work on the Queens Midtown Tunnel
