Your response: This COI is located in Census Tract 140. It contains two block groups: BG1, in the small area south of High Point Central High School and Ferndale Middle School, which contains 39% of the population; and BG2, which extends far to the south, and contains 61% of the population. The COI’s boundaries are roughly: the railroad on the south and east of the COI, which parallels West English Rd; Westchester on the west; and Chestnut Dr/Ferndale Blvd to the north.
