the cultural bond in my community is the history of the city the segregated part downtown phoenix south of vanburen from 32st and buckeye to further west of buckeye to the south of the river bottom the airport construction affected many neighborhoods that do not exist no more relocating families black and Hispanic felons and undocumented families individuals with mental health problems Spanish and English is the language is known to be used the schools are under funded and public housing is available, this side of the city has been historic preservation for its catholic churches

there is a problem with housing rent is too high and there isnt much work the drug and opiod epidemic has damaged the northern part west of the city causing more police patrolling and higher crime rates empty buildings high rent cost unemployment and no jobs around this area

district 8 -4-7 will be sharing a light rail that will connect the north side of the metro area and the neighbor cities east of phoenix this can drive more crime to areas where students tourist come and visit. these areas have homes with 2 to3 families living together individuals with addresses that are shared with reentry programs state prisons undocumented people parents waiting for Parental Rights hearing whom all vote using same address or simply dont vote but elgible there are addresses conflict of interest with social local issues that needs a consultant that can redirect society there is no access to justice in this community of minorities
