The two counties on the Wasatch Back should be in the same Congressional District. They may both be large enough to have their own Utah House districts. There are voters on the changing Wasatch Back who need a voice in the Utah Legislature, especially for housing, regional transportation, clean air, environmental issues, education funding, and issues facing the tourism industry.
