Your response: My COI is the area affected by the 2020 flooding caused by the failure of the Edenville and Sanford Dams, which then flooded an enormous area. This COI has a particular interest in how & when the dams will be rebuilt, who will pay, and especially how they will be managed in the future to avoid another catastrophic dam failure due to negligence.

Your response: The concerns of this COI are significant as there is no clear picture currently of how & when the failed dams will be rebuilt, who will pay, and especially how they will be managed in the future to avoid another catastrophic dam failure due to negligence. The COI was subjected to serious danger and considerable loss of property, in the middle of a pandemic, due to the negligence in dam upkeep.
