Your response: This COI is located in Census Tract 143. It contains four block groups. The boundaries of the COI are roughly: to the north and west, the railroad tracks which parallel W. Kivett Dr and W. English Rd; to the south, for the most part, W. Market Center Dr or Hwy 85; and to the east, S. Main St.
