My community accesses services at Bear Library, Governors Plaza Shopping area, Eden Square Shopping Area, Glendale Plaza. We shop at Lowe's. One primary church is St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.

The community is a mixture of retirees and people who work in a variety of industries. Due to proximity to I95, many people community to PA for work.
Community Needs and Concerns
Keep the community in the district. I live in Calvarese Farms, There are two adjacent communities which share the same access roads: Stone Mill and Governors Field. It is critical that we remain together due to access issues and the fact that we are, in essence, on the same footprint of land. What impacts one community, impacts all three communities.Overall, this District is demographically and economically diverse. That makes it a good, rich environment in which to raise children and to learn from people from different cultures. Neighbors get along. Two concerns that need to be addressed: (1) traffic backup caused by Chick-fil-A; (2) fence barrier needed by Bear Concrete

My community is made up of the residents of Midway Estates, Colonial Estates, and Aspen Meadows. Our homes are on the east side of Delaware 1 north of Munchy Branch Rd and South of Melson Rd. These are established neighborhoods of single family residences put in place in the 1970's to serve both retirees and workers in a resort economy of Lewes/Rehoboth Beach.

My community is bounded on the east by the Marshlands and Wetlands that form the Atlantic Coastal Plain. We are directly west of conservation lands in Cape Henlopen State Park

We are a community united more by geography than anything else. Original residents of these homes have been aging out since 2005. The people in my immediate neighborhood range in age from 55 - 85

Most of the people in my community economically support the University of Delaware. There are huge issues of zoning (which is a local issue), as well as some flooding.

In the Central Business District we have both Kowalko and Baumbach representing us. That's pretty dumb for one neighborhood.

My community is made up of second homeowners (95%). The people in my community gather and socialize at the Country Clubhouse and Golf Course. Most people access services outside of Delaware; their home state. For those who are full-time owners, frequent services include those close to their community, Long Neck, Lewes, and Rehoboth.

The residents are mostly professionals in various white collars industries, others are retired professionals.

My community is made up of people who are members of the "Midtown Brandywine Neighbors' Association." We are a small neighborhood bordered by the Brandywine River, 12th Street, West Street, and the Hercules Building.
Economic or Environmental Interests
We are the closest residential neighborhood to the Christiana Care Hospital (Wilmington Hospital). Our neighbors use the "Little Church" for gatherings and the Brandywine River Creek for recreational activities. We are walking distance from downtown Wilmington restaurants and arts.
Community Needs and Concerns
Our neighborhood is currently split between two state senate districts.
